Lemon Vodka

Here's how:
Squeeze the juice from 10 pieces lemon. Add 1-1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Strain the mixture into a pitcher or bottle then add a cup of vodka. Shake and stir. Cover and chill for 2 weeks so the vodka gets infused with citrus. Serve straight on ice. You can add a dash of honey, if you wish. You can also use it as a cocktail base in place of plain vodka.
