Okie Pokie Drink

Ingredients:
1 liter of orange juice
1 liter of pomelo juice
3 tbsps lime juice
1/3 cup grenadine syrup

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher. Stir until well-blended. Chill.

Chai Tea Latte

Here's how:
Half-fill a glass of hot water. Dip your preferred tea bag for 5-8 minutes. Add steamed milk and vanilla powder. Stir until well-blended. Serve with "Chipotle Roast Chicken".

Green Tea Malt Milky Shake

Here's how:

Hot Cocoa Blends

CHOCO-MOCHA
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 5 tablespoons coffee powder. Blend well.

CHOCO-VANILLA
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 3/4 cup powdered milk, 1-1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1/2 cup vanilla powder. Blend well.

CHOCO-CINNAMON
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 cup powdered milk, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and 2 tablespoons cinnamon. Blend well.

For every cup of hot water or milk, add 5 tablespoons of cocoa mix. Serve with flavored stirrers like a peppermint stick, cinnamon stick or a rock sugar stick or top with mini marshmallows or grated chocolate.

Every recipe makes about 2 cups of cocoa mix.

Lemonitos

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsps lemon vodka
  • a handful of mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 cold water
  • honey

Procedure:
  1. Combine lemon vodka, mint leaves, crushed ice and cold water in a glass. Stir to blend.
  2. Sweeten with honey, if desired.
  3. Serve at once.

Lemon Vodka

Here's how:
Squeeze the juice from 10 pieces lemon. Add 1-1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Strain the mixture into a pitcher or bottle then add a cup of vodka. Shake and stir. Cover and chill for 2 weeks so the vodka gets infused with citrus. Serve straight on ice. You can add a dash of honey, if you wish. You can also use it as a cocktail base in place of plain vodka.

Superb Sundae

Ingredients:
  • graham crackers
  • peanut butter
  • hazelnut spread
  • choco wafers
  • candy sprinkles
  • cherries
  • vanilla ice cream

Procedure:
  1. Divide graham crackers into three. Spread peanut butter. Cover with another graham cracker. Spread with hazelnut spread. Top with graham. Set aside.
  2. In an individual bowl, scoop vanilla ice cream until almost full. Garnish with the hazelnut-peanut butter cracker, choco wafer, candy sprinkles and cherry.
  3. Serve at once

Milky Avocado Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 medium pcs avocado
  • 3 tbsps white sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk

Procedure:
  1. Vertically open the avocado, going around the seed. Remove the seed. Scoop out the avocado meat using a spoon. Remove fibers if there is any.
  2. Mash it lightly, I like mine with some chunks of avocado. Add in the sugar and evaporated milk. Mix gently until well-incorporated.
  3. Chill for a few hours before serving.

Party Punch

Ingredients:
  • 6 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 24 whole cloves
  • 4 pcs 3" stick cinnamon
  • 3 bottles ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/2 cup white rhum, chilled

Procedure:
  1. Combine the juices.
  2. Boil the water, sugar and spices together for 5 minutes. Cool and strain out the spices.
  3. Add spiced syrup to juices. Chill thoroughly.
  4. At serving time, pour in the ginger and rhum. Garnish with orange slices and cherries.

Gin and Tonic

Ingredients:
  • an ounce of gin
  • quinine water
  • slice of a lemon
  • cracked ice

Procedure:
  1. Place gin in a highball glass half-filled with cracked ice.
  2. Squeeze the lemon into it.
  3. Fill the glass with quinine water and stir.
  4. Serve

Strawberry and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup multi-grain cereal
  • a tsp of honey
  • cereals for toppings

Procedure:
  1. In a blender, add the first-six ingredients. Process for 5-7 seconds.
  2. Pour in glass and top with cereals.

Here's how:
In a cup, pour two shots of espresso, 3/4 cup steamed milk and 1-1/2 tablespoon caramel flavored syrup. Stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed candy canes or candy sprinkles. Enjoy with your favorite sweets!

Fruit Punch

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 tsps tea
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 4 bottles ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/2 orange, sliced thinly
  • halved strawberries
  • ice

Procedure:
  1. Pour fresh boiling water over tea, steep for 5 minutes. Strain.
  2. Add orange and lemon juices. Chill thoroughly.
  3. Add ginger ale and pour over ice in punch bowl.
  4. Float with orange slices and halved strawberries.

Ingredients:
  • 250 ml chocolate milk drink, chilled

Indian Mango Shake

Ingredients:
  • a kilo of over ripe indian mangoes
  • 12 pcs ice cubes
  • 3 tbsps evaporated milk
  • 1-1/2 tbsp white sugar

Procedure:
  1. Peel the mangoes. Slice mango meat into chunks, disregard the seed. Put it in the blender with rest of the ingredients. Process until smooth.
  2. Serve at once.

Choco-Banana Milkshake

Ingredients:
  • 24 pcs ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup condensed milk
  • 3 medium pcs cavendish bananas (lakatan), peeled & sliced
  • 1/2 cup full-cream powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup instant chocolate powder
  • 1/3 cup ice cold water

Procedure:
  1. Put all the ingredients accordingly in a blender. Process for a 3-5 seconds. Mix using a spatula until well-blended. Process again until smooth.

Hot Peppermint Choco

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 peppermint tea bags
  • 4 tbsps chocolate drink powder
  • 4 tsps sugar

Procedure:
  1. In a saucepan, heat milk with tea bags for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags, then, mix in sugar and chocolate powder
  3. Pour into mugs.
  4. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

Classic Martini

Ingredients:
  • an ounce of gin

  • 3 dashes of vermouth

  1. In a martini glass, put the vermouth. Swirl around. Set aside.

  3. Garnish with an olive.

Ingredients:

  • club soda

Procedure:
  1. Fill a tall glass of ice. Add the sugar, lemon juice and gin.
  2. Fill with club soda. Stir.
  3. Decorate with lemon slice and cherry.

Mocha Madness

Ingredients:
  • 1 tetra pack (250ml) chocolate milk drink
  • a tsp of Kahlua
  • 1-1/2 oz of espresso coffee
  • shaved ice
  • a scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • for garnish: whipped cream, chocolate shavings, a good pinch each of cinnamon and nutmeg powder, wafer stick and chocolate syrup.

Procedure:
  1. Mix the first-four ingredients in a large glass.
  2. Put the ice cream on top.
  3. Garnish.

Coffee Al'Orange

Ingredients:
  • a cup of brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup of hot chocolate
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 jigger Kahlua
  • 1 jigger orange liquer
  • 2 jiggers of simple syrup
  • whipped cream
  • orange zest

Procedure:
  1. Mix all ingredients except last two in a blender until ice is crushed.
  2. Pour in a tall glass. Garnish with whipped cream and orange zest

Dark Chocolate Mint

Here's how:
  • In a pan, melt a cup of cream and 2/3 cup of dark chocolate morsels over low heat. Stir until smooth and creamy. Add a teaspoon of vanilla essence, half a teaspoon peppermint flavoring. and 1/4 tsp of fine salt. Set aside.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat 3/4 cup cream until stiff. Add the chocolate mixture and beat until peaks form.
  • Spoon into individual cups and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Chill until ready to serve.

No-Fuss Sangria

Ingredients:
  • 2 green apples, cored and sliced into bite-size piecs
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 quart pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 quart orange juice, chilled
  • 1 bottle red wine, chilled
  • simple syrup (Equal parts of sugar and water. Boiled for a few minutes)

Procedure:
  1. Place the fruit slices in a pitcher.
  2. Pour in the pineapple juice, orange juice and red wine.
  3. Add in the simple syrup to taste. Stir.
  4. Pour into glasses, add ice cubes if desired and serve.
