Ingredients:
- juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 jigger light rum
Procedure:
- Place 2 cups of shaved ice in a blender.
- Add all the ingredients and blend until the consistency of snow.
- Sere immediately in champagne glass with straw.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 oz. Grenadine syrup
- 3/4 oz. gin
- egg white
Procedure:
- Shake grenadine syrup and gin with egg white.
- Strain into cocktail glass.
- Serve
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 oz gin
- a slice each of lemon and cherry
- 1/2 oz lime juice
Procedure:
- Stir and serve in a cocktail glass.
- Decorate with lemon and cherry
- Add ice, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of freshly squeezed dalandan juice.
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- a tbsp of white sugar
- a tbsp of fresh mint leaves
Procedure:
- Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
- Serve immediately
Ingredients:
- fruit juice, any flavor you like
- pineapple tidbits
- lemon slices
Procedure:
- Fill an ice cube tray with fruit juice until half-way.
- Add the fruits.
- Freeze.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- a cup calamansi extract
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2/3 cup light rum
- 2-3 cups of cubed ice
Procedure:
- Put all ingredients in a punch bowl. Mix well.
- Add ice. Garnish with orange slice and cherries.
- Serve cold.
