Frozen Daiquiri

Ingredients:
  • juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 jigger light rum

Procedure:
  1. Place 2 cups of shaved ice in a blender.
  2. Add all the ingredients and blend until the consistency of snow.
  3. Sere immediately in champagne glass with straw.

Pink Lady

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 oz. Grenadine syrup
  • 3/4 oz. gin
  • egg white

Procedure:
  1. Shake grenadine syrup and gin with egg white.
  2. Strain into cocktail glass.
  3. Serve

Gimlet

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 oz gin
  • a slice each of lemon and cherry
  • 1/2 oz lime juice

Procedure:
  1. Stir and serve in a cocktail glass.
  2. Decorate with lemon and cherry
  3. Add ice, if desired.
  4. Serve immediately.

Minty Dalandan Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of freshly squeezed dalandan juice.
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • a tbsp of white sugar
  • a tbsp of fresh mint leaves

Procedure:
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
  2. Serve immediately

Fruity-Juicy Ice Cubes

Ingredients:
  • fruit juice, any flavor you like
  • pineapple tidbits
  • lemon slices

Procedure:
  1. Fill an ice cube tray with fruit juice until half-way.
  2. Add the fruits.
  3. Freeze.

Pineapple-Calamansi Punch

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • a cup calamansi extract
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2/3 cup light rum
  • 2-3 cups of cubed ice

Procedure:
  1. Put all ingredients in a punch bowl. Mix well.
  2. Add ice. Garnish with orange slice and cherries.
  3. Serve cold.
